Yesterday, Councilman Canek Aguirre welcomed and introduced 2020 Democratic Presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke to a packed room of supporters at a town hall in North Old Town.
At a ceremony at T.C. Williams High School on January 2nd, Councilman Canek Aguirre made history as he was officially sworn in to become the first Latino to serve on the Alexandria City Council.
